A Year of Radical Health Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Heart and Soil Supplements, LLC, 1355 W Gray St, Houston, TX 77019 (the “Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, ViralSweep LLC (the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on February 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on February 22, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ONLINE ENTRY:
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may enter by visiting https://heartandsoil.co/giveaway (the “Website”) and completing the registration form. Each completed registration form results in one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) registration entry per Entrant.

MAIL-IN ENTRY:
Entrants may submit a mail-in entry by hand-printing required personal information on a 3″ x 5″ card and mailing it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: Heart and Soil Sweepstakes, PO BOX 949, Macedon, NY 14502-0949. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 21, 2026 and received by February 26, 2026. Each mail-in entry is worth five hundred (500) entries.
