Our supplements and animal-based diets have been changing peoples lives for the better, check out their stories below!
A couple of times a year our community comes together to do an Animal-Based 30 Challenge and we would love to have you on board!
Check out these guides that will help you on your journey to achieving radical health.
Though the capsules we provide are considered a “supplement,” they are real food and can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. Feel free to experiment and see what feels best for you!
We generally suggest taking these in the morning, and if you want to split up the dose, do morning and afternoon. Often customers notice an increase in energy after taking them, so we don’t suggest taking them in the evening or before bed!
Once again, though, feel free to experiment and see what feels best for you!
If you are not already consuming fresh organs (which we always suggest first) or desiccated organs, we suggest working towards a full dose of six capsules of each supplement per day.
If you know that you are sensitive to dietary changes or supplements, you may want to start with a lower dose and increase gradually.
In this case, we suggest starting with one to two capsules per day and increasing by one capsule every few days until you reach six capsules per day.
Some people need to increase the dose more slowly than this. We suggest a more conservative approach for those individuals, which might consist of starting with one capsule per day and increasing by one capsule per week. It can take some time to get to six capsules per day, but the benefits are enormous once you get there.
Six capsules provide the nutrient equivalent of about one ounce of fresh organ meat.
For example, six capsules of our Bone Marrow & Liver would amount to the nutrients found in about one-half of an ounce of bone marrow and one-half of an ounce of liver. Six capsules of our Beef Organs supplement will provide the nutrients of about one ounce of total organs, which is made up of equal parts liver, kidney, spleen, pancreas, and heart. You get the idea!
While many individuals report benefits within the first 1-2 weeks, it may take longer (up to 30 or even 60 days of use) for some, especially in people who are already healthy!
Rest assured, these supplements provide us with fundamental building blocks to promote and support good health and vitality, despite what you may initially notice.
Along with supplementing, to see major changes in our health, we believe it is equally important to remove any immunologically triggering foods such as seed oils (corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, cottonseed, canola, peanut, grapeseed, etc.) and the most offensive plant foods (leaves, stems, seeds, nuts, grains, and legumes).
We strongly believe it’s best to get your nutrition from whole food sources rather than from isolated or synthesized sources such as vitamin supplements.
There’s just so much we still don’t know about synthetically produced vitamins and minerals, but it’s clear that nutrients seem to impact our health significantly more positively when they are found in whole food sources.
The nutrients, vitamins, minerals, peptides, growth factor, and other signaling molecules found in all of our supplements are in the exact, bioidentical form that the human body uses (more bioavailable), which leads to better absorption and utilization within the human physiology.
For example, the chemical structure that makes up the B vitamins found in our products is the exact enantiomer (another way to say structure/form of a molecule) that occurs in our body. This isn’t the case with multivitamins that contain synthetic B vitamins, which contain a mix of enantiomers that can be problematic for human physiology.
Beyond vitamins and minerals, we must consider the peptides and other signaling molecules that are used by our bodies to manifest growth and repair. None of these are found in the standard “multivitamin” you purchase from the store. Getting our nutrients from animal meat and organs is what our ancestors have always done and works much better from a biological blueprint perspective.
Simply put, our ancestors never took synthetic multivitamins!
We believe that to meet all of your essential nutrient requirements it’s best to properly construct a solid animal-based diet that includes organs (either fresh or freeze-dried). Again, organs not only contain high concentrations of unique nutrients, but they contain them in their proper forms and in the perfect ratios necessary to optimize human health.
Other than desiccated organ supplements (which are real, whole food!), we don’t think supplements are required when following a properly constructed nose to tail, animal-based diet.
