We’ve had a bunch of new radical health seekers join us recently, so let’s give them a big hello!
Because discovering this whole radical health thing is sort of like the first day in high school…
Or the first time you set foot in a gym. It can be confusing and downright scary.
And speaking directly to you newcomers, we want to acknowledge that you’ve taken a big step in your journey to radical health by deciding to get some organs in your diet.

Now, maybe you’ve been reading our previous newsletters or checking out our Instagram, and you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or confused…

Focus on taking your new Heart & Soil supplements consistently for the next couple of weeks.

Here are three tips to getting started 👇
Tip #1 Start slow 🐢
Begin with 1-2 capsules daily for the first week.
Then add one capsule every 2-3 days until you reach a full serving (6 capsules per day).
If you’re sensitive to new supplements, go even slower — add one capsule per week.

Tip #2 Build them into your routine 🍽

Swish the capsules in your mouth with water for 5-10 seconds to make them easier to swallow. Or open them and sprinkle the contents onto your food after cooking (heat can damage the nutrients).

Tip #3 Give it time 🕰
