Veganism has peaked.
Red 40 is getting banned.
Seed oils are being phased out.
And RFK Jr. just did 20 pull-ups in an airport gym.
We’re winning.
Our founder, Dr. Paul Saladino MD was recently invited to meet with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Secretary Duffy at Dulles Airport in DC.

The reason?
The Department of Transportation just announced a $1 billion grant program to bring gyms and movement spaces into U.S. airports.
Yeah, you read that right.
Gyms. In airports.
So instead of sitting for hours surrounded by Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, travelers will soon be able to actually move their bodies before a flight.
Pull-ups. Squats. Walking tracks. Real movement spaces designed to counter one of the most sedentary environments in modern life.
What’s crazy is this entire initiative started because of a story Dr. Paul posted on Instagram.
One post. One idea. And now it’s a billion-dollar federal program.
We’ve Come So Far
Not that long ago, nobody knew what a seed oil was.
Suggesting saturated fat wasn’t the enemy? You’d get laughed out of the room.
Eating organs? Forget it. That was “extreme.”
But look at where we are now:
RFK Jr. just announced new Dietary Guidelines that explicitly call out ultra-processed foods… while easing restrictions on saturated fats in butter and meat.
And just last month, the New York Post ran a piece about how organ meats could help with menopause symptoms. Wild times.

The tide is turning.
Not because of some top-down mandate.
But because people like you started asking questions, changing how you eat, and sharing what worked.
Like when you try to red-pill your family about seed oils during the holidays…
Or support your local farmer by buying grass-fed beef…
Or recommend Heart & Soil to friends who are still trusting their synthetic multivitamins.
You’re part of this movement.
And it’s working.
We are going to win.
P.S. The momentum is real. And if you want to give someone the gift of joining this movement, there’s still time to get your order in before Christmas (use priority shipping). Plus, spend $100 and get $25 back in store credit (ends Wednesday 12/17).
