Issue #123: Merry Christmas, you Radical Health Seekers

Hello Heart & Soil Tribe,

It’s the Sunday before Christmas.

We’re sure today is a busy time for you wrapping gifts, watching The Santa Clause movie, and plotting how to save your in-laws from seed oils, so we’ll keep this brief.

As the year draws to a close, we want to thank you 🙌🏼

It’s been an incredible year for us here at Heart & Soil. 

We’re literally changing lives, and it’s your support that has allowed that to happen.

Thank you not only for being a valued customer but also for reading our newsletters, emailing us, sending us Instagram DMs, and being a member of our community.

We wouldn’t be doing what we do without the eyes and ears that receive this message, and for that we’re grateful.

Now you already know that Christmas (or whatever you celebrate) is about who is around the tree, not what’s under it. 

Nevertheless, it’s something worth reminding ourselves because we can easily lose sight of this.

So we hope you’re lucky enough to be surrounded with the people you most want to be surrounded with…

And consider this your gentle reminder to put the phone down and connect with them as best you can.

We hope 2024 has helped you move closer to radical health…
