Issue #74: Welcoming our newest tribe members

Happy Sunday Heart & Soil Tribe 👋

We’ve had a bunch of new radical health seekers join us recently, so let’s give them a big hello!

Because discovering this whole radical health thing is sort of like the first day in high school…

Or the first time you set foot in a gym. It can be confusing and downright scary.

And speaking directly to you newcomers, we want to acknowledge that you’ve taken a big step in your journey to radical health by deciding to get some organs in your diet.

Go you!

You’ve placed your hard-earned dollars and trust in us and our products, and for that, we thank you.

And we want you to know that it doesn’t matter where you are on your health journey; there is a place in our tribe for you.

Because everyone needs organs, and our organ supplements are for everyone.

And we aren’t just another supplement company here at Heart & Soil.

We will go above and beyond to help you get the most out of our products, and to guide you towards radical health and vitality.

Now, maybe you’ve been reading our previous newsletters or checking out our Instagram, and you’re feeling a  little overwhelmed or confused…

You might have a bunch of questions like:
Why do you keep talking about an animal-based diet while drinking orange juice?

What are these seed oils and why do they want to hurt me?

And why are none of you wearing shoes??

If that’s the case, then hold right up.

Forget about all of that.

There are 7 steps to radical health, but right now we want you to focus on Step #1, which is:

Get organs in your diet

Focus on taking your new Heart & Soil supplements consistently for the next couple of weeks, so your body can fully benefit from them.

Remember, these are the most nutrient-dense supplements on the planet…

Loaded with highly bioavailable and absorbable nutrients that you’ve probably been missing out on up to this point.

So just the simple act of taking them daily and doing nothing else will be a HUGE step in the right direction for your health and vitality.

Here are three tips to getting started with our products 👇

Tip #1 Start slow 🐢

It’s always best to start with a small serving and gradually work your way up to a full serving (6 capsules per bottle) over the course of a week or two.

Try one to two capsules daily for the first week, then add one capsule every two to three days until you reach six capsules per day (although some people see benefits before that).

Or if you think you might be more sensitive to supplements or new foods, we suggest starting with just one capsule per day and increasing by one capsule each week. It may take a bit longer to work up to six capsules per day, but trust us; the benefits are worth it!

Our Her Package and Whole Package supplements are especially potent, so we strongly suggest the conservative approach with these formulations. Plus, many women find that just one capsule of Her Package daily is all they need to feel their best.

Tip #2 Build them into your routine 🍽

We want to help you get to the point where taking your new Heart & Soil supplements becomes just another part of your daily routine.

And the best way to do that is to incorporate them into a preexisting daily habit… like brushing your teeth or eating breakfast.

And if the thought of taking anywhere from 6 to 24 capsules every day seems a little overwhelming, it helps to split them up throughout the day and take them alongside your meals.

In fact you can think of our products as food, because that’s what they are!

And since they aren’t synthetic, they aren’t highly concentrated… and that’s actually a really good thing. Because they are highly bioavailable and absorbable.

Keep them in the kitchen right where you prepare your food, and taking them will quickly become second nature!

⚠️ Pro Tip:

Swish the capsules in your mouth with water for 5-10 seconds, which makes them easier to swallow. Or if you prefer, you can open them and sprinkle the contents straight onto your food. Just be sure to do this after cooking to preserve the nutrients (many of the nutrients in organ meats are very heat-sensitive).

As the weeks go by, you’ll be nourishing your body with the building blocks it needs to look, feel and perform at its very best…

And this can translate into noticeable improvements in energy, sleep, clearer thinking and overall mood.

You’re now laying an incredible foundation to build your radical health upon.

Tip #3 Give it time 🕰

For some people, the benefits of our products are felt very quickly, like Charles:

“Approximately one week after starting, it was clear it is working for me.. my thoughts became much clearer, and short term memory seemed to be improved.. I’m now taking Fire Starter, Mood, Memory, and Brain, and Whole Package.. All of these products showed almost immediate positive results.. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!”

And for some it can take a little longer, like Brooke:

I started in February of 23. It’s now April and I can absolutely notice it doing its job. My metabolism has sped up significantly, my appetite is curbed but still allows me to eat meals necessary throughout the day and my energy levels are much higher. It really is worth the wait and consistency.”

So right now, focus on incorporating your new supplements into your routine.

Gradually work up to a full serving for each product, and aim for several weeks of consistent use at the full serving.

Please keep us posted on your progress, we can’t wait to hear how our products work out for you…
