Hey Heart & Soil Tribe,
With the festive season upon us, we’re stoked to share our 2023 Holiday Gift Guide with you!
We strongly believe that the holidays are ultimately about your presence, not your presents…
However, there’s something special about finding a truly thoughtful gift that will bring a smile to someone’s face.
And whether you’re shopping for a fellow radical health seeker or not, there’s something in our gift guide that will not only bring happiness to the recipient but can also bring the gift of radical health.
We don’t have any affiliation or financial incentive to promote these products (well, except for our own products)…
Instead, each item in this guide is a product that we, the Heart & Soil Crew have personally used and enjoyed.
You can check out the full Holiday Gift Guide here, otherwise scroll on to see some of our personal favorites!
Our favorite Holiday Gifts
For those who appreciate a healthy home, organic cotton bedding is an excellent gift choice.
Pact and Holy Lamb Organics make beautiful organic cotton sheets, pillows and bedding for a toxin-free, luxurious sleep experience. Or for anyone curious about the benefits of grounding, the Ground Therapy Sleep Mat is a great gift of health.
We also love Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes. Combine with an organic cotton bathrobe from Coyuchi for the perfect soak in the bath.
For fitness enthusiasts on your holiday list, consider getting them a workout program from Muscular Adaptation Programming System (MAPS). Unlike typical fitness regimens that rely heavily on intensity, MAPS is intelligently designed to focus solely on adaptation — the key to muscle growth, fat loss, and improved athleticism. We’re big fans 💪
Or encourage them to ditch the wireless headphones for these EMF Radiation Free Earbuds from Bon Charge.
You’ve probably received personal care products in the past, or gifted them yourself. The problem is, most of these products have no place on our skin, because they are filled with toxins like xenoestrogens, phthalates, parabens etc. Thankfully, there is a way to do it right, with toxin-free personal care products that are made with clean ingredients, in small batches.
This Tallow & Honey Liquid Soap from Health Y Sol is completely free from synthetic fragrances and preservatives. Instead, it smells like honey 🤗 Did we mention it also comes in a beautiful amber jar just like our Heart & Soil supplements?
And while it might not be top of mind, surely one of the greatest gifts you can give somebody is a toxin-free sun cream? We love these ones from Perma Earth, and they are great as a stocking stuffer.
Clothing is another thing people love to receive as gifts, but so much clothing – especially workout apparel and underwear is made from polyester and other chemical materials.
This is a huge problem because we know these toxic materials contain forever chemicals like PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) which can accumulate in our body and be harmful to our health.
Almost all ‘fast fashion’ companies have these materials in their clothing which is why we love to choose something made with intention and natural materials.
Some brands we love include NADS for 100% organic cotton men’s underwear…
PACT for ladies organic cotton leggings…
And Harvest & Mill have a wide range of organic clothing for both ladies and men.
Now this would not be a radical health gift guide if we didn’t talk about food, and we’ve got some great options for you.
First up, we love this low PUFA pork from Firebrand Meats. Raised in Upstate New York, this is pastured, heritage breed Berkshire pork fed a specially formulated corn and soy free, non-GMO diet. Yum.
Then there’s White Oak Pastures, a multi-generation family farm producing regeneratively farmed grass-fed beef, lamb, and goat and pasture-raised pork, poultry, and rabbit.
Nothing screams “I love you” more than a grassfed brisket from White Oak Pastures ❤️
Of course we’ve saved the very best for last, which is our organ supplements. Because when you gift somebody a bottle of our Beef Organs (or one of our Gift Cards), it can lead to the greatest gift in the world, which is radical health.
Other radical gifts we’re wishing for:
“The Eames Lounge Chair designed by husband and wife duo Charles and Ray Eames first introduced in 1956.” – Doug – Chief Operations Officer
“I’ve always wanted a Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. In black with the bird on the hood” – Luke, Marketing
“100 more kittens” – Melanie, Social Media
“Nothing much, just an off-grid farm in the countryside with 5 cows, 20 chickens. Ideally beside a river” – Josh, Marketing
That’s all from us this weekend !

We hope it helps with your holiday shopping, and that you have a beautiful holiday season with those you love and who love you!
Happy Holidays!
